Redemption
  1. What can I buy?

    You can buy anything from a wide range of pure 22k jewellery to diamond 18k jewellery and color stones. Only Gold Coins and Silver Coins cannot be purchased under Swarnanidhi Scheme.

  2. Where can I buy from?

    You can buy from any of the 165+ Tanishq showrooms across 93 cities. Please see the store locator for more details.

  3. Can I buy online?

    As of now, you cannot redeem your account online.

  4. What do I need to carry at the time of redemption?

    You need to carry your valid photo ID (viz.Ration Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ PAN Card/ Voter ID ) to the Tanishq Showroom you selected for redemption after the maturity date of the scheme.You need to carry a print-out of your account details page.

  5. Can my friend / relative redeem on my behalf?

    Only if you’ve nominated him/her at the time of enrollment, can he/she redeem the money on your behalf by giving a copy of a valid photo ID.

  6. Till when can I redeem my account?

    Swarnanidhi scheme has to redeem by 300 days from the account opening date. Beyond which TITAN Company will process the refunds back into customer’s account.

  7. Can I change the showroom selected for redemption?

    Yes, post enrollment, you can change your showroom for redemption till 15 days before the maturity date of the account. After that, the account will be transferred to the showroom that is last selected.

  8. Can I buy before the account gets matured?

    You can buy jewellery worth the amount accumulated till date. You need to visit the store with your scheme book and your valid ID proof with which you have enrolled in case you want to do so.

  9. Can I get a refund?

    Yes you can get the refund of the principal amount deposited by you only in case of emergent situations.

Enrollment Online
  1. Can I enroll online in Swarnanidhi?

    You can surely enrol online in Swarnanidhi and pay installments online and at our stores also. Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling.

  2. Who can enroll?

    Anybody above 18 years of age is eligible to enroll in Swarnanidhi.

  3. How do I enroll in Swarnanidhi?

    You can enroll for Swarnanidhi either online or at Tanishq showrooms only.

  4. How do I enroll in Swarnanidhi ONLINE?

    To enroll for Swarnanidhi online, you need to register yourself by filling the registration form. Once that is done, you can fill in a small enrollment form with the details of Swarnanidhi scheme you want to opt for, and pay the first installment online.

  5. Can I enroll now and pay later?

    No, you need to pay the first installment online before you are given an enrollment number.

  6. If I have enrolled online, can I pay at the Tanishq showroom?

    Yes, you can go to the preffered boutique and pay the installments there as well.

  7. If I have enrolled at the showroom, can I pay online?

    Yes, you have to login in our website ( www.tanishqgoldenharvest.co.in) and create your own account with your Swarnanidhi a/c details. There after you can pay online.You can also pay directly through our Instant Pay Option.

  8. Can I change my scheme after enrollment?

    Once the first instalment is paid, you cannot change the scheme.

  9. Who is a Nominee? Whom can I Nominate?

    In the event of the death of the account holder, the account is transferable only to the person who is nominated by the account holder in the enrolment form at the time of opening the account (nominee details).

  1. What are the available payment options?

    There are multiple payment options online:-Pay every month using your debit/credit card, net-banking or even at our stores.

  2. Can I pay using all debit/credit cards?

    You can pay using any Credit card.However the debit cards of only the following banks could be used to pay online. Maestro cards of SBI/ Citibank are not accepted on the website.

  3. How can I see my payment status?

    Whenever you want to see your scheme status, you can log in using your username and password and go to the ‘My accounts’ page. You may click ‘view details’ to see the details of your account.

  4. Do I get any payment alerts?

    Yes, during enrollment, if you opt for getting SMS reminders, you’ll receive reminders and confirmation messages for all payments. This will happen only if you are not a DND/NDNC registered customer.

  5. How do I know if my payment has been credited to my Swarnanidhi Account?

    You’ll get a confirmation email & SMS (if opted for) confirming your payment. You can also go to ‘My accounts’ and see your payment details.

  6. What happens if my payment fails?

    If your payment fails due to any reason, you’ll not be led to the confirmation page. In this case, you need to try to pay again after some time.TITAN Company will not be responsible for any payment failure due to any reason.

  7. Can I pay all installments at once?

    No you cannot pay all installments in a month.

  8. How many installments can I pay in a month?

    You have to mandatorily pay one installment in a month post which you can pay as many installments as you wish in a month.

  9. What happens if I miss paying installments?

    If you delay or miss paying installments, you can pay the installments in the following month.

Redemption
  1. What can I buy?

    You can buy your favourite jewellery article from our wide range of jewellery collections.

  2. Where can I buy from?

    You can buy from any of the 200+ Tanishq showrooms across 117 cities. Please see the store locator for more details.

  3. Can I buy online?

    As of now, you cannot redeem your account online.

  4. What do I need to carry at the time of redemption?

    You are mandatorily required to carry your original scheme book for redeeming your account

  5. Can my friend / relative redeem on my behalf?

    Only if you’ve nominated him/her at the time of enrolment, can he/she redeem the money on your behalf by completing the necessary mandatory processes.

  6. Till when can I redeem my account?

    You are advised to redeem within 421 days from the account opening date (in case of accounts opened before 1st Sept 2016 – within 385 days). Beyond this period TITAN Company will process the refund.

  7. Can I change the showroom selected for redemption?

    Yes, post enrollment, you can change your showroom for redemption. You need to visit your desired boutique and place a request for the same.

  8. Can I buy before the account gets matured?

    Yes, you can redeem the account before maturity. GHS bonus however would be applicable provided you have paid 6 monthly instalments on the due date and the redemption date is in 7th month. You need to visit the store with your scheme book in case you want to do so.

  9. Can I get a refund?

    The amount invested in Golden Harvest Scheme would remain locked-in for 300 days from the date of enrolment without any exception.

Queries on Enrolment
  1. Can I enroll online in GHS?

    You can enrol into GHS program only at Tanishq showroom. You cannot enrol online, however you can pay instalments online.

  2. Who can enroll?

    Anybody above 18 years of age is eligible to enroll in GHS.

  3. Can I change my scheme after enrollment?

    Once the first instalment is paid, you cannot change the scheme. You can also not change the installment value as that has to remain fixed.

  4. Who is a Nominee? Whom can I Nominate?

    In the event of the death of the account holder, the account is transferable only to the person who is nominated by the account holder in the enrolment form at the time of opening the account. Minors cannot be nominated in this scheme.

Swarnanidhi
Key Conditions for the Swarnanidhi ( SNS ) customers:
  1. Customer can pay any number of installments every month till 8 months from joining the Scheme.
  2. Every installment the customer pays, TITAN will book the corresponding gold grams in 22kt for the customer by taking into account the gold rate on the date of payment. On redemption day, the customer's fixed grams will be multiplied by the prevalent gold rate and a credit note will be generated with which the customer can buy jewellery only from Tanishq stores.
    1. For example, if a customer pays '9,000 as the installment amount and the 22 Kt gold rate is '3,000 per gram (for assumption only), then 3 grams of gold will be booked for the customer on that day.
    2. By the end of the Scheme if the customer has booked 50 grams of gold in 8 months and on the redemption date the 22 Kt gold rate is '4,000 per gram (for assumption only), then '2 Lakh would be generated as a credit note. Please note in the event the 22 Kt gold rate falls to '2,000 per gram (for assumption only) on the redemption day, then '1 Lakh would be generated as credit note.
    3. All the different gold rates assumed above are for giving example only and the actual gold rates will differ.
  3. TITAN is not responsible for changes in the gold rates. Customers are requested to be fully cognizant of the risks that rise or fall in gold rates can affect the value of the grams booked by them. TITAN will not be responsible for decrease in credit note value of the grams booked at the time of redemption due to fall in gold rates.
  4. Customer can pay any number of installments in 8 months. Post 8 months, no more installments would be accepted and the redemption must be done before 10 months from joining the SNS.
  5. Gold coins and silver coins cannot be purchased under the Scheme.
  6. In the event of the customer not purchasing the jewellery against the installments paid within 300 days of joining the Scheme, the customer will be refunded the entire installment amount paid by him/her without any benefits/interest. TITAN will need a copy of the customer’s PAN card for refunding the installments. Hence customers are requested to provide a copy their PAN card at the start of enrolling in the Scheme.
  7. Customers of the Scheme shall not be eligible for any bonus, interest or any discount on the advance paid by them.
  8. Customer is mandatorily required to submit his/her ID Proof at the time of joining the Scheme.
  9. Cash, cheque, debit & credit card and online payments are allowed as the mode of payment for freezing grams.
  10. Gold grams will be frozen at the applicable 22kt gold rate on the date when the customer is making the installment payment.
  11. Making charges/labour charges/wastage/ stone cost/ sales tax etc. has to be paid separately on maturity.
  12. A customer needs to pay a minimum of '3,000 every month. After '3000, payment can go up in multiples of '1,000 only.
  13. This account statement and the same ID proof mentioned are the only documents to identify the customer.
  14. The customer shall provide a copy of his/her photo ID proof like ration card/Driving licence/Passport/PAN card/Voter ID, at the time of redemption of the installments, for authentication by the Tanishq store.
  15. SNS account shall be redeemed by Tanishq stores only after the customer has selected the product(s) for purchase; only then a credit note would be generated by the Tanishq Store cashier for the gold grams redeemed/utilized under the Scheme and adjusted against the invoice.
  16. In the event of any change in the contact details, the customer is required to intimate the Tanishq Store or email to goldenharvest@titan.co.in within 7 days from the date of change.
  17. For SNS accounts opened with monthly installments of more than '35,000, a copy of the PAN card is mandatorily required for enrolment; any purchase of '5 (five) Lakhs or above on a single day will also require a copy of the PAN card to be submitted by the customer at the Tanishq Store.
  18. Non-payment of monthly installments for more than 6 months will result in "suspension" of the SNS account. Reactivation for payment will take up to 3 working days from the date of request in writing with valid photo ID proof, submitted at the respective Tanishq Store by the SNS account holder.
Other Terms and Conditions:
  1. SNS is purely a jewellery purchase scheme that helps you to freeze only gold grams at the prevailing gold rate as on the date of payment of the installment and can be utilized only for purchase of jewellery at a future date. Our stores shall accept only cash, debit & credit card payments, online payment for gold quantity and rate freezing, under the Scheme.
  2. Titan will not be responsible for any online payment failure and money being debited from the customer's account. In case of any payment failure, the customer is requested to check with their banks or other service providers. It is the responsibility of the account holder to enter details correctly.
  3. A customer needs to pay a minimum of '3,000 every month. Thereafter, installments can be paid in multiples of '1,000.
  4. Gold coins and silver coins cannot be redeemed under the Scheme.
  5. Gold rate frozen, booked or charged on the invoice will vary from city to city, depending on the Tanishq Corporate Gold Rate applied by TITAN. The rate of gold will be based on the rate prevailing in online on the date of freezing. At the time of purchase gold rate applicable will be the showroom gold rate, where the customer will purchase.
  6. Once a customer has opted for the Scheme, it cannot be converted into any other scheme (existing or new), which may run from time to time.
  7. At the time of redemption/closure/utilization, the SNS account holder has to personally come to effect the maturity/redemption/ closure.
  8. Redemption of accumulated gold grams would be allowed till 300 days from the date of opening of the SNS account, post which Titan would refund the amount paid by the customer without any bonus, interest or discounts.
  9. Redemption can be made only against the purchase of jewellery at our Tanishq Stores.
  10. No partial redemption or utilization of the credit note shall be allowed and only full redemption of accumulated gold grams till date of redemption will be done by the Tanishq stores.
  11. The maturity value payable to the customer under the Scheme shall be calculated based on the applicable gold rate on the date of redemption, in Indian Rupees only.
  12. The process of redemption at the Tanishq Stores shall be as follows:
    1. On the date of redemption, the customer shall select his/her jewellery from the available jewellery in display in the Tanishq Store for the purchase against advances made under the Scheme and ensure the product(s) selected shall be equal or higher than the value of the grams frozen till date of redemption.
    2. Customer shall bring his/her SNS account statement to the Tanishq stores for redemption compulsorily; the Account statement shall be returned to the Tanishq Stores on redemption, for Tanishq Store's records.
    3. After selection of the product, customer shall inform Cashier/RSO of his/her intention to purchase the aforesaid product against the redemption of his/her accumulated grams in the 'Swarna Nidhi' Scheme Book.
    4. The customer shall first check if the value of the product to be billed is higher than the value of the 'Swarna Nidhi' credit note and in case it is short, select another product(s) of equal or higher grams.
    5. At the time of billing, the cashier shall first redeem the 'Swarna Nidhi' scheme by way of credit note generation and then adjust the credit note in the invoice of the customer.
    6. Any difference in value has to be paid for by the customer immediately.
  13. All jewellery purchased under the Scheme will be subject to labour, making charges, wastage, sales tax or VAT, surcharges as applicable apart from gold/stone charges.
  14. Reversal of the installments is not allowed in the Scheme. In case of unavoidable circumstances, reversal has to be done within the same day of the installment payment.
  15. In the event of any change in contact details, the customer is required to intimate the Tanishq store or email to goldenharvest@titan.co.in within 7 days from date of change.
  16. Tanishq stores or TITAN will not be responsible or liable to send reminders for payments.
  17. In the event of death of the account holder, the account is transferable only to the person(s) whose nomination has been filled by the account holder in the form at the time of opening the account. In case the account holder does not wish to nominate any person, any claim(s) made by any other person(s) on behalf of the account holder will not be entertained. The nominee claiming the balance in any account shall avail the balance only on submission of adequate identity proof and succession certificate to the respective showroom. In the event of any legal heir of the deceased claiming for redemption, the same shall be redeemed only upon production of all following documents:
    1. Death certificate of the deceased.
    2. Survivorship certificate/Legal heir certificate.
    3. NOC from other surviving legal heir for redemption.
    4. Indemnity undertaking to indemnify TITAN from claims.
    5. Will (if any)
  18. TITAN reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part or whole of the privileges of the SNS without prior notice to the customer(s).
  19. TITAN is the sponsor of the Scheme and reserves the right to suspend the Scheme at any time. In such event, the customer may purchase any item except gold or silver coins at the Tanishq Stores equal to the value of the grams accumulated in the account as on that date of redemption.
  20. The liability of TITAN or its franchisee under the Scheme, is limited to the gold grams frozen in 22kt, by the account holders, under the terms and conditions of the Scheme and conditions laid thereon, and thus not lead to any other assurance or warranty whatsoever.
  21. Any conditions which are explicitly not covered above would be the discretion of Titan, at the time of transaction. The decision of TITAN in this regard would be deemed as irrevocable and final.
  22. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the courts in Bangalore jurisdiction only, to the exclusion of any other court's jurisdiction.
  23. In case of any change in existing laws, rules, acts, etc., by any regulatory authority, necessary requirements as per the same shall be complied with by the customer.
Golden Harvest
Key Conditions for the GHS customers (10 Months Scheme)
  1. The GHS is a 10 (Ten) months scheme (“Scheme”) where the Customer has to pay 10 (Ten) monthly instalments and his/her maturity would start after 300 [three hundred] days) from the date of joining the Scheme. For the purpose of Scheme, the date of payment of first instalment shall be deemed as Scheme Enrolment date/date of joining the Scheme.
  2. The Scheme will allow the Customer to pay 10 (Ten) fixed monthly instalments of minimum Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) or above (in multiples of Rs.1,000/- [Rupees One Thousand]). In a span of 10 (Ten) months, Customer has to pay one instalment every month. More than one instalment in a single month will not be accepted, however Customer shall be provided with grace period of 7 (Seven) days in a month for payment of instalment. In the event a Customer fails to pay the instalment with in the grace period, the proportionate discount as offered herein shall be reduced.
  3. The Customers would be eligible for a discount of 75% (Seventy Five percent) of one month instalment upon completion of 365 (Three Hundred Sixty Five) days from the date of joining the Scheme. If a Customer redeems after 300 (Three Hundred) days but before the completion of 365 (Three Hundred Sixty Five) days, discount ranging between 55% (Fifty Five percent) and 75% (Seventy Five percent) of one month instalment based on number of days will be available as discount. However, if the Customer wishes to pre-close the Scheme after paying 6 monthly instalments and after completion of 180 days but before 300 (Three Hundred) days from the date of first payment, Titan shall refund the amounts aggregating to the instalments paid by the Customer until the date of refund and provide a prorated discount voucher that the Customer can utilize to purchase Jewellery from the Company.

  4. The Customer is mandatorily required to redeem his/her account before 421 days from the date of payment of the first instalment.
  5. In case the Customer does not redeem within 421 days, he/she will be refunded with the aggregate instalment amount. A discount voucher for the applicable discount amount will also be provided. Subject to terms of the Scheme, any/all refund shall be made by Titan by way of cheque or by online transfer and no cash refund shall be permissible. PAN copy is required at the time of redemption if required under applicable Law.
  6. Scheme can be redeemed only against the purchase of jewellery at Tanishq Stores.
  7. Scheme account holder is required to provide a copy of his/her photo ID and address proof documents like Ration Card/Passport/Pan Card/Aadhar/Driving License/Voter ID etc., at the time of enrolment into the Scheme.
  8. Gold rate booked or charged on the invoice shall vary city wise depending on the Tanishq corporate gold rate applied by Titan. The rate of gold shall be based on the Tanishq rate of gold prevailing on the date of purchase.
Detailed terms and conditions:
  1. Account Opening & Enrolment:
    1. Only individuals can enrol in to the Scheme and enrolment is not permissible for other entities like companies, partnership firms or proprietorship concern or Trusts or Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) or NRI Customers. Minors can enrol in to Scheme only through their natural guardians. This Scheme cannot be enrolled by the Customer with his borrowed money.
    2. On enrolment, every account holder will be given a Scheme Book which he/she is required to carry and keep under safe custody, at all times. The Account holder may also register at https://www.tanishqgoldenharvest.co.in/ to see his payment details. The account holder should ensure that, all payments made by them are correctly entered in the Scheme Book/properly reflected in the online portal and if there is any discrepancy, it should be immediately brought to the respective store manager's notice, for suitable rectification, especially the name of the account holder wherein the name should be as per the ID proof provided by the Customer and not in any other name, including nick name or short forms etc.
    3. At the time of enrolment, the account holder should ensure that, the Scheme Book is signed by him/her and by the Tanishq Store Manager/Cashier, in the space provided, accepting terms and conditions as stated in the Scheme Book to ensure the validity of Scheme Book and for proper reference at the time of maturity/purchase under the Scheme.
    4. The bearer of the scheme book cannot be considered as the owner of the scheme book if there is any discrepancy as per the ID Proof, Titan reserves right to check the authenticity/ validity of the documents and person representing for redemption/refund at the sole discretion of Titan which is final and binding.
    5. In case of any change in contact or address details, the account holder is required to intimate Titan or email to goldenharvest@titan.co.in within 7 (seven) days from date of such change.
    6. The Scheme shall be denominated and utilized/redeemed in Indian Rupees only. The scheme once selected cannot be converted into any other scheme (existing or new) which may be operated or implemented by Tanishq, from time to time.
    7. The maturity date shall be strictly calculated according to the first payment date made by the account holder.
  2. Monthly Payments:
    1. The account holder should ask for a computerized entry in the Scheme Book or collect his/her duly computerized receipt, from the Tanishq Store where he/she is making payment. Customer can also make payment over the internet. However, the customer has to ensure to get his/her Scheme Book updated periodically by producing payment receipts. For the purpose of the Scheme, monthly due date shall be one month from the instalment due date.
    2. Receipt for payment made by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) will be made only after clearance of payment. In case of ACH enabled accounts, the Scheme cannot be closed prior to maturity date unless the account holder has cancelled the ACH by submitting the required forms to Titan.
    3. Payment of monthly instalment(s) should be made on or before due date by cash, card, cheque and ACH in select stores, online payments, demand draft in favour of “Titan Company Limited” payable in the city and the Tanishq Store, where the account is opened on due date, irrespective of whoever operates the Store/s. Outstation cheques will not be accepted and international card for online payment will not be accepted.
    4. Titan will not be responsible for any online payment failure and money being debited from the Customer’s account. In case of any payment failure, the Customer is requested to check with their banks or other service providers. It is the responsibility of the account holder to enter details correctly. The monthly payments should reach once every month on or before the due date. Payments not reaching on or before the due date every month will be treated as default for that particular month and may result in lower discount, at the time of purchase.
    5. Tanishq Store or Titan will not be responsible or liable to send reminders for payments.
  3. Scheme Transfer Process:
    1. The accounts opened under this Scheme are transferable between different locations of Tanishq Stores only. The transfer of account can be made only in the name of the original Account Holder as mentioned in the Scheme Book and the Scheme Book should be produced at the transferee store along with photo ID proof by the account holder.
  4. Scheme Redemption:
    1. At the time of purchase of jewellery upon maturity of the Scheme, the account holder has to personally come with his/her original Scheme Book and effect the redemption of the instalments paid towards purchase of jewellery.
    2. At the time of purchase, the original Scheme Book has to be submitted by the account holder to Tanishq Store (and his/her signature on redemption has to tally with the signature in the Scheme Book).
    3. In addition to the gold and stone charges, all jewellery purchased under the Scheme will be subject to labour charges, making charges, wastage charges, material charges, sales tax or value added tax or surcharges, levies as may be applicable/ prevailing at the time of purchase.
    4. Scheme account has to be fully redeemed against the purchase of jewellery and no credit note or refund in any manner either in full or partial is permitted.
    5. In the event of any premature closure of the account by the account holder, such account holder may purchase jewellery at the Tanishq Store equal to the value of the instalments accumulated in his/her account as on that day. However, no discount on purchase of jewellery will be given in case of premature closure of the account where number of instalments paid is less than 6 instalments and below 180 days under any circumstances.
  5. Other Terms and Conditions:
    1. In the event of loss of the Scheme Book, the account holder has to intimate the concerned Tanishq store or email to goldenharvest@titan.co.in immediately in writing, to enable Titan to block the account. In case of any delay or non-intimation, he/she shall be personally responsible for any loss or redemption /purchase by any other person.
    2. In the event of loss of the original Scheme Book,
      1. a Police Complaint has to be lodged with the jurisdictional police station and a customer has to provide the required acknowledgement of filing such complaint or with FIR copy.
      2. a duplicate Scheme Book can be issued only if the account holder provides an indemnity letter on Rs.200/- non-judicial stamp paper at the location and valid photo identity and address proofs, for authentication by the Tanishq Store. Titan shall not issue any duplicate Scheme Book unless they are satisfied about the authenticity of the claim/request for duplicate Scheme Book and only if the account holder produces in original all receipts given to him/her in the past.
    3. In the event of death of the account holder, the amount is transferable by Titan only to the person(s) whose nomination has been filled by the account holder in the form at the time of opening the account subject to such nominee producing Identity and address proof. In case the account holder does not wish to nominate any person, any claim(s) made by any other person(s) on behalf of the account holder will not be entertained unless such person being a legal heir/duly authorised person claiming the benefits in Scheme account shall produce below documents to Titan:
      1. Death certificate of the deceased.
      2. Succession Certificate.
      3. NOC from other surviving legal heir for redemption.
      4. Indemnity undertaking to indemnify Titan from claims.
      5. Will (if any)
      6. Along with all other supporting documents and clarifications
      However, the decision of Titan shall be final on sufficiency of any document in all such cases above and the same shall be binding upon the claimants.
    4. The Titan reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part or whole of the privileges of the Scheme without prior notice to the account holder, as long as the same is not detrimental to the interests of the account holder.
    5. Titan is the operator of GHS and reserves the right to suspend the GHS at any time. In any such event, the account holder may purchase any item at the Tanishq Store equal to the value of the instalments accumulated in his/her GHS account along with discounts accumulated, as on that day.
    6. The liability of Titan or its franchisee(s) or Agents under the Scheme is limited to the extent of instalments/advances paid by the account holder(s) and the discount, as per the Scheme and conditions contained herein, and thus does not lead to any other assurance or warranty whatsoever by Titan.
    7. Any conditions which are explicitly not covered above, would be the discretion of Titan at the time of transaction/redemption. The decision of Titan in this regard would be deemed as irrevocable and final.
    8. Disputes if any will be subject to the Courts in Bangalore jurisdiction only, to the exclusion of any other Court's jurisdiction.
    9. In case of any change in existing laws, rules, Acts, etc. by any regulatory authority, Titan reserve its right to make such modifications/change/suspend/discontinue the Scheme suitable to the change of law and necessary requirements as per the same have to be complied with by the account holder.
